Booth Rental Fees:

Information about Advertising Opportunities

Gain Visibility! You may purchase space in a "Free-Take-One Exhibit Area" that is available for the distribution of free brochures and other material from your company. CHADD will prominently display pamphlets, brochures, cards, leaflets, magazines and similar material so that those visiting the exhibit area can help themselves. This exhibit is for paid Take-One exhibitors ONLY, on a first-come, first-served basis. $500

CHADD staff will set up the display and visit the exhibit regularly to replenish the materials. The exhibit will include a sign with the exhibitor's name calling attention to the exhibitor's materials. Each exhibitor will be included in the published list of exhibitors in the conference program. At least 1,000 copies of each piece should be sent to the drayage company at the exhibitor's expense.

Those who do not rent a regular exhibit booth will not be permitted to detail, canvas, or solicit. Free-Take-One exhibitors may not congregate in the display area. If a Free-Take-One exhibitor violates these procedures, the exhibitor's display will be canceled without refund.

A fee of $500.00 will be charged for each set of brochures, leaflets, booklets, or packets of information that is displayed. This fee includes the exhibitor's sign and regular servicing of the exhibitor's materials. Unused materials will not be returned. Please include a sample of each brochure to be displayed with your application.
