Catherine Adams
Catherine Adams is the team leader/liaison for Parent to
Parent: Family Training on ADHD in Northern Virginia. The goal of
this team of certified Parent to Parent teachers is to provide classes
in various locations throughout Northern Virginia, with at least one
class per quarter. The teachers often pair up to share coordination
and teaching responsibilities as well as support other classes by
sharing their specific expertise on a topic. Catherine leads the
team by providing logistical coordination, promotion, registration, and
administrative support to the teachers. Besides being a certified
Parent to Parent teacher, Catherine is also a past coordinator for CHADD
of Northern Virginia, has served on the chapter services work group, and
is a past recipient of the CHADD Volunteer Leadership Award.
