ADHD in the News

ADHD and related conditions receive lots of media attention. This coverage is a mixed bag ranging from fair, balanced and credible on one hand to sensational, inaccurate, or misleading on the other hand.

ADHD in the News--produced weekly by the NRC's library services--seeks to provide an overview of major stories in the media that report on research and other developments about ADHD and related disorders. We recognize that not every story included here reports good science or represents good journalism. We encourage readers to access a wide range of sources in obtaining their news and information about ADHD.

Disclaimer: Neither CHADD, the National Resource Center on ADHD, nor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention endorses, supports, represents or guarantees the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any included articles nor endorses any opinions expressed in any articles included in ADHD in the News. CHADD and the National Resource Center on ADHD merely provide access to such content as a service to you.
