I specialize in working with youth, teens and adults who are suffering with their symptoms of ADHD and the often co-occurring disorders that accompany it…anxiety, depression and oppositional defiant disorder. ADHD is not about a lack of intelligence...it involves a knowledge of where your weaknesses and strengths lie in executive function skills and learning about the different strategies you can implement into your life to reduce symptoms. In my office you will learn effective evidence-based strategies to help you manage your symptoms, whether you are having difficulties in school or at work, or in your relationships, and how you can live with ADHD without shame or guilt. If you are a parent seeking help with your child, you will learn strategies that can help you at home as well as advocating for your child in the school setting so that your child can be successful in all areas of their life.
