I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am working towards my licensure in Madison, Wisconsin. I have experience working with individuals and families in crisis, individuals with clinical mental health issues, and troubled children and adolescents with emotional trauma, behavioral, and conduct disorders. Examples include but are not limited to Opposition Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder. My specialty and area of expertise is ADHD. I hold a double certification as a Life Coach and ADHD Coach. I have extensive experience coaching individuals, couples, and families with ADHD from toddlerhood, preteens, teenagers, adults, and seniors for two decades. I have been a guest blogger for the Center of Coaching Certification, and a total of fifteen of my writings have been featured. I have also written a chapter in the 2014 edition of Coaching Perspectives.
