Since 2014, I have worked closely with NeuroScience, Inc., in Herndon, Virginia, to provide supportive coaching services in keeping with clients’ goals and values. I work with child, adolescent, and adult clients with ADHD, OCD, social anxiety, major depression, autism spectrum, and other psychological difficulties and life challenges. I facilitate progress by structuring and implementing opportunities to hone skills necessary to develop confidence and competency in executive and life functioning. In addition to individual coaching, I run evidence-based groups for young people with ADHD and other executive functioning deficits. Although many coaching services rely exclusively on experience, intuition, and anecdote, I rely on the latest outcome studies and best practices in the behavioral sciences to develop and implement coaching interventions. I have extended the clinical services of NeuroScience, Inc. providers to coaching-assisted practices in a variety of real-life settings.
