This is done as a partnership, as we work together to identify steps to proceed towards their goals. Not though leaps and bounds but many little steps. Self-advocacy is an important trait to be fostered to understand and make use of accommodations and modifications that will help improve Executive Functioning. By focusing on strengths, compensatory techniques and modifications, learning, business practices, and parenting become more positive.
