My family experience living with ADHD prompted a mid-career change of focus from Adult Health Nursing (MSN - Arizona State University) to specialization and board certification in Child-Adolescent Mental Health Nursing (American Nurses Credentialling Center 1992). For twenty years I practiced as a mental health clinician on a part time basis, concurrently with full time employment as a professor of nursing (Clarion University of PA). My recent early retirement from teaching has created the opportunity for full time pursuit of my passion for assisting persons and families dealing with the challanges of ADHD and related issues. My practice, Partners in Care, provides a focal point for partnership with families, primary care providers, educators, selected professionals, and organizations. My commitment is reflected in my practice motto "my life work is making your life work!"
