While I specialize in ADHD, I also love coaching geeks, high school and college students, artists, gamers, & LGBTQ+. Unfortunately, like all life coaches, I’m not able to accept insurance. My goal is to provide a safe, fun space for those who need it most to grow and learn about themselves. The judgment of the world we live in is unrelenting and harsh. There is no room for that judgment in my coaching sessions. Does it feel like everyone else was given a copy of “The Great Manual of Life” at birth? And a lot of your problems would be solved if only you could read that book? Except it doesn't exist. That's where coaching comes in. In coaching we look at your goals; things you want to accomplish. Then we examine things your brain is doing that are or aren't helpful. Because others often focus on our failures, many of us don't know about strengths we have. Together we will take a good look at both challenges and strengths, building unique strategies that will create a fulfilling life.
