I help busy people (individuals of all ages, families, and adolescents) meet their goals. Almost all of the goals pertaining to those struggling with ADHD include the need to get organized, which is my specialty! Personally, I have the most HANDS-ON experience with ADHD that you could imagine as I personally was diagnosed with ADHD at 13 and have struggled and overcame a lot of my own personal challenges. Now, I am navigating the wilderness and raising my son who also has ADHD. I focus on helping you de-clutter, de-stress, get organized, set realistic expectations, goal planning, and setting structure and (individual and family) routines. My motto: "Start where you are.
