Study Details

The purposes of this study are to (1) understand whether pre-employment personality tests are biased against job applicants with ADHD and (2) investigate potential ways to reduce these biases. Participants with and without ADHD are being recruited to complete an online survey that asks about the participant’s personality traits, workplace experiences, demographic information, and information about ADHD status.
