Living Authentically with ADHD: A Three-Part Journey

You already understand ADHD. But how much energy have you spent trying to manage, adjust, or hide parts of yourself just to get through the day?

This three-part webinar series is designed for adults who are ready to go beyond the basics and take a closer look at how ADHD shapes their relationships, communication, and daily life.

We will explore:

  • the cost of hiding who you are and what self-acceptance actually means
  • communicating your needs clearly in relationships, at work, and in everyday situations
  • what sustainable really means—setting goals, advocating for yourself, and building something that works for you

This is about knowing yourself well enough to stop forcing what isn’t working.
