PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) - Lucinda Bowman spent decades as a speech pathologist working in schools, hospitals and clinics across the country before learning, at age 47, that she has ADHD. “I call it discombobulated, just kind of a chaos in your brain,” Bowman said. “And people might even say, oh, you’re totally together. But it’s kind of a disaster behind the scenes.” Bowman said it was her son’s diagnosis that led her to her own... She is also part of CHADD — Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder — a nonprofit resource for those with the condition.
