Once believed to be a condition that children outgrow, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is now recognized as a lifelong neurodevelopmental condition that often persists into adulthood. For many adults, it can turn everyday life into an uphill climb, making it harder to stay organized, keep up with responsibilities, perform at work and maintain relationships. In a recent study, researchers tested the digital cognitive training app NeuroNation MED to see whether targeted brain-training exercises could help adults with ADHD better manage everyday life.
