Ari Tuckman, PsyD has given more than 600 presentations and routinely earns excellent reviews for his ability to make complicated information understandable and useful. He is the author of four books: “ADHD After Dark: Better Sex Life, Better Relationship”, "Understand Your Brain, Get More Done”, “More Attention, Less Deficit” and “Integrative Treatment for Adult ADHD”. His “More Attention, Less Deficit” podcast has more than 100 episodes and almost three million downloads. He is a psychologist and sex therapist in private practice in West Chester, PA, and chair of the CHADD conference committee.

Barbara Williams, PCC, ACCG, CMP is a professionally trained and certified Advanced ADHD Coach and Executive Function specialist. She coaches adults, couples, parents and executives/entrepreneurs globally via Zoom in the USA, UK and Canada. She uses a strength-based holistic approach coupled with the latest strategies and wisdom from the field of neuroscience. She is an educator, consultant and coach, helping her clients navigate a wide range of ADHD challenges. Personalized ADHD education and coaching empowers her clients to leverage their strengths, build self-advocacy, and find the successes that had eluded them in the past. Her mission is to advocate for the ADHD/neurodiverse communities and provide education and best strategies to businesses and schools through speaking engagements. When not sharing space with her clients, you will find Barb as the proud mom of two amazing boys, wife and partner to a cool guy, and dog-walker of Rylee.

Tamara Rosier, PhD, Co-Chair, ACO Representative
Dr. Rosier has been a college administrator, a professor, a leadership consultant, a high school teacher, a business owner, and an ADHD coach. Through those adventures, Dr. Rosier has developed valuable insight into ADHD and how it affects one’s life. As founder of the ADHD Center of West Michigan, she leads a team of coaches, therapists, and speech pathologists to help individuals, parents, and families develop an understanding and learn effective skills to live with ADHD effectively. Her book, Your Brain’s Not Broken, provides strategies for navigating the powerful emotional aspect of ADHD.

Peter Gross
Peter is an ADHD Coach working with adults in mid-life. As middle-aged ADHDers, we face the unique challenges of having lived with ADHD for a long time combined with the mid-life complexities associated with marriage, children, jobs, companies, side hustles, aging and planning for retirement. I have lived through a major mid-life crisis and emerged stronger with the help of ADHD coaching, therapy and psychiatric support. As a result, he focuses his coaching on men and women facing similar kinds of challenges.
His experience includes 48 years of undiagnosed ADHD, 8 years since diagnosis, 3+ years of ADHD coaching, and 30+ years of working as a nonprofit technology strategist including building my own businesses for the past 18 years. I was certified in coaching by the Neuroleadership Institute’s Brain-Based Coaching program in 2020; certification from CoachApproach training in coaching adults with ADHD in 2021 and am currently pursuing advanced certification in ADHD coaching with ADDCA. I was recently elected as the Treasurer of the Board of the ADHD Coaches Organization for the term beginning of June 1, 2024.

Suzanne is a social-emotional learning specialist, peer support specialist, educator, writer, and family coach who has been engaged in family and child work since 2010. She manages the ADHD Empowerment Community™ and is the executive director of CHADD of Greater Los Angeles, a local nonprofit providing education, support, and advocacy to the ADHD community. Suzanne also serves on CHADD’s national board of directors, as co-chair of CHADD’s Chapter Advisory Board, and as a member of the ACO/ADDA/CHADD Conference Planning Committee.

Kate Barrett, ACG, ACC, is an ICF-certified ADHD Coach & Founder of Coaching Cville based in Charlottesville, VA. She serves her community through extensive volunteer and advocacy roles in the public school system and ADHD expert roles in professional and educational seminars. Kate speaks regularly to professionals, community stakeholders, and the industry on executive function and ADHD. With a focus on EF theory with ADHD Coaching to facilitate systemic scaffolding and support for her clients. In addition, she finds teaching and coaching non-ADHD care providers and partners on the intricacies of ADHD further supports relationships through the development and practice of empathy and appreciation for neurodiversity within the family structure.

Shane Thrapp is a certified life coach who specializes in ADHD and relationships. He has a personal connection to the struggles of mental health and neurodiversity, as he was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, ADHD, and autism after a long battle with mental health issues and a nervous breakdown. In 2016, he retired from his career as a freelance project manager and dedicated himself to learning about neurodiversity, using his previous leadership skills as a servant-based leader to help others understand and manage their ADHD. As an ADHD life coach, he has helped hundreds of clients navigate the chaos of their ADHD and find a sense of order in their lives.

Lucia is an ADHD content creator for the Hispanic community. Both on Tiktok and Instagram Lucia explains ADHD in an easy and fun way, accesible for everyone and combines it with her own personal experience as an ADHD aware coach and ADHDer herself. Alongside the mainstream social media she also has a podcast that has been of the 1% most shared in the world. Lucia's latest accomplishment has been to get invited to record a video for the APA where she explains ADHD in for the Hispanic community. It’s up on their website and so is her podcast as a valuable resource for pyscho-education.

Dr. Carolyn Lentzsch-Parcells is a board certified pediatrician and the owner and President of Girls to Women/Young Men’s Health and Wellness Fort Worth, a multi-faceted clinic dedicated to meeting the physical and emotional needs of adolescents and young adults. Dr. Lentzsch-Parcells is also an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the TCU Burnett School of Medicine. As a physician with ADHD herself, she has a special interest in caring for patients and families with ADHD and learning issues.
