Experts are seeing an increase in ADHD diagnoses for adults
The number of adults being diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, has been on the rise over the past several years; some estimates show the rate of increase in adults is faster than that in children. To help explain why and what it means, The Show spoke with Ishani Deo, a psychologist at the University of Arizona’s Counseling and Psych Services and coordinator for the ADHD Clinic there.
