Court Holds Test Score Flagging does not Violate the ADA

This article relates to test accommodations that are provided by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (RA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). It describes a court ruling which held that test score flagging is not in violation of the ADA. “Flagging” is the practice of a testing institution noting to third parties that accommodations were given on the test.




Psychosocial Intervention for ADHD: How well does it Work?

This article describes three different types of behavior interventions: direct contingency management, clinical behavior therapy, and social skills training. The efficacy of these treatments, based on published studies, is discussed. Also described are the benefits of combining treatments, with supporting evidence from the Multimodal Treatment Study of Children with ADHD (MTA).
