We understand that there is not just one way that ADHD shows up, and each of our clinicians is well trained in a neurodevelopmental approach as well as in the ways in which it can present in different populations, ages and genders. We believe that each person needs a very personalized treatment plan which could include and combine many approaches- medications, lifestyle strategies, supplements, coaching, and much more. .Our approach is holistic, collaborative, evidence-based and most importantly, grounded in human connection. We work with all ages, and often treat entire families within our practice. Our practice is led by Dual Board Certified psychiatrist Tejal Kaur, M.D.who has clinical and research expertise in early identification and intervention within ADHD, autism spectrum, psychosis, and other areas of neurodivergence.
