Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and part of an ADHD family of five, I understand how overwhelming life can feel. But I also know the power of support, understanding, and the right strategies to unlock our potential. Before starting my coaching business, I spent 15 years in special education at the #1 school district in the country. In 2018, I founded Coaching With Brooke (CWB) and have since helped over a thousand ADHDers and coaches through my 3C Activation® program. I’m honored to have received awards for my work as a coach, trainer, podcast host, and best-selling author. My mission is simple: to help ADHDers embrace their strengths, navigate challenges, and "Activate Their ADHD Potential."
