As a coach and organizer, I partner with people of all ages to take the overwhelm out of daily living. Together, we get to know your brain and what best supports it in accomplishing what matters most to you. If you have a new diagnosis, this may include providing education. We can also: better organize your physical space to improve focus and functioning, create schedules, and identify strategies to make it easier to get the right things done on time. At this time, my in-person services are limited to RI and nearby MA and CT. I also provide virtual services.
