I provide executive function, leadership, and technology coaching for adults (18+) with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergent brains. As and ADHDer and Autistic person, I understand the strengths and challenges you are facing. I offer a portfolio of services including a full 12-Week Journey, monthly coaching, one-time 90 minute discovery sessions, and everything in between. We'll work together to identify what you want to work on or accomplish, create a roadmap, and then plan the frequency and duration of sessions to your specific needs and journey. Licenses & Accreditations I've completed 109 hours of ADHD specific training at ADDCA, in addition to 100s of hours of training in coaching and leadership. I have completed significant self-led and university training and education in psychology, neuroscience, and behavior change (individual and group). I've also completed significant training in cultural awareness, inclusivity, and support, including becoming an Opening Doors Certified Inclusive Leader and SafeZone Certified ally. After 15 years in leadership positions coaching direct reports and team members, I've gained a deep understanding of how to use our strengths to overcome challenges. On the technical side, I have a degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I am a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner, an IT Leadership Institute Fellow of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), and am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
