I help parents and families understand and navigate the challenges of ADHD and Anxiety giving them tools that allow them to parent more effectively and connect with their child. By understanding how the brain and nervous system work, we can see the why behind the behavior. That allows us to learn new habits and ways of communicating, setting boundaries, and holding space for the person their child really is. Then, parents can feel confident in their parenting choices and set their kids up for success.
