We specialize in personalized coaching for people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, anxiety, depression, learning disabilities and other neurodiversity and mental health conditions. She focuses on developing relationships with her clients and supporting their needs by creating tailored evidence-based strategies for executive functioning skills. Her aim is to create sustainable systems that will provide her clients with a balanced approach to learning, working, and life. Sara has a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Behavioral Analysis from Vanderbilt University and a Ph.D. in Special Education and Behavioral Analysis with an emphasis in special education policy from the University of Kentucky. Her extensive experience working with neurodiverse individuals of all ages and collaborating with their families and communities, as well as supervising preservice educators and professionals, has driven her enthusiasm and commitment to disability policy reform and creating environments where all people can be successful and treated equally.
