Jessel Newton is the founder of Life Anchored Coaching, LLC. She is a Board Certified ADHD/ Executive Function Coach and has a team of competent and caring coaches, supporting children (from preschooler to teens), college students, adults, parents and families to empower them with skills and strategies to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. She has as M.A in Community Counseling from Regent University, a B.S in Family Studies from University of Maryland, College Park, and is a graduate from the International Coaching Federation-accredited JST Coaching & Training program. Jessel and her team of coaches have an unwavering compassion to help others struggling with ADHD/ EF weaknesses. Their approach is strengths-based; solutions-focused and grace-oriented.
