AEO Coaching provides virtual executive function coaching for adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent individuals. I combine occupational therapy, neuroscience, and practical coaching to help clients better understand how their brains work and develop personalized strategies for executive functioning, including organization, planning, time management, task initiation, and follow-through. My approach focuses on building sustainable systems that fit each person's strengths, lifestyle, and goals rather than one-size-fits-all productivity strategies. AEO Coaching is a private-pay practice. For clients receiving occupational therapy services in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, out-of-network reimbursement may be available.
