I provide executive functioning skills coaching for adults and adolescents. Through a strength-based approach, I guide my clients to understand their unique brains, improve their executive functioning, and accomplish their goals. Many of my clients are highly creative and talented people who are navigating life transitions such as going to college, entering the workforce, becoming a parent, or advancing in their careers. It’s in these moments when difficulty with executive functioning skills such as planning, prioritizing, organizing, and focusing attention become roadblocks to success. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I teach courses and workshops about creativity and the brain for organizations including Google, M.I.T, EdLeader21, and the Learning & the Brain Society.
