My approach to coaching: I partner with adults and teens to understand their unique brains, improve their executive functioning, and accomplish their goals with greater ease. As a coach, I share knowledge of ADHD research and techniques with compassion and support. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, so I understand the feelings around late diagnosis. I have a heart for coaching people who, upon being diagnosed, are relieved to know what has been “wrong with them” their whole life and are grieving that knowledge at the same time. I help clients navigate emotional regulation issues, rejection-sensitive dysphoria (RSD), and other ADHD challenges. I’m a strong believer in strengths-based coaching. I support my clients to use their strong desire to learn and grow in a way that reveals new possibilities and that draws them forward into a future life they want.
