I provide individualized ADHD coaching tailored for college students, adults, and particularly mothers who are navigating their own ADHD or executive function challenges faced by their children. My role is to partner with clients seeking guidance in managing the complexities of ADHD. I assist them in establishing healthy practices and systems that promote greater organization, confidence and peace. Additionally, I offer insights into the functioning of their neurodiverse brains, and together we explore and identify their unique strengths and talents, allowing them to uncover their potential. Through intentional exploration, reflection, and the application of effective tools, clients can develop new structures, techniques, and practices that enhance their overall well-being and facilitate the changes they wish to achieve in their lives.
