I work with: teens and young adults with ADHD / twice-exceptional (2e) youth women seeking support for a recent ADHD diagnosis families with youth/parents with executive dysfunction challenges; I help you develop tools and systems to strengthen EF skills that work with your life, rather than implementing one-size-fits-all solutions. I've worked in education and youth empowerment services for over a decade, and have professional training and experience working with neurodivergent youth, as well as lived experience with disability and neurodevelopmental disorders. I hold a Bachelor of Education from the University of British Columbia, and am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
