I am a full time ADHD Life Coach. I have direct knowledge and experience relating to what it is like to raise and educate neuro-diverse children from preschool to adulthood. I know what it is like to live with the symptoms of ADHD in my personal and professional life and the struggles that can bring. Coaching is a helping relationship that is individually based and action oriented, which is determined by each clients individual needs. I work with individuals, families, and students who feel that ADHD is getting in the way of who they want to be and how they live their lives.
