I am a graduate of ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy) and hold my AACC (Associate ADHD Certified Coach). My passion is helping people get in their flow and live the life they desire. After years of struggling myself, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 50. Things began to change for the better after I began working with an ADHD coach and started to learn how to work with my brain instead of against it. That's when I decided I wanted to become an ADHD coach and help others experience the change that I had experienced. Together we’ll provide an ongoing partnership that will help you maximize your potential. I will help you understand how your brain is uniquely wired and tools and strategies to work with it! Through an individualized, thought provoking and creative process, we will leverage your unique strengths to help create the life you want. I work with adults of all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds.
