With more than 30 years of leadership and strategic experience, I blend real-world insight with mindset coaching to help them make those shifts — practical, powerful, and sustainable. At MindShift Coaching & Consulting, I bring together decades of leadership and strategy with advanced coach training to help people build sustainable success from the inside out. My approach is high-energy, practical, and deeply human — combining mindset work with real-world structure and tools that make growth stick. I also serve on the faculty at the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), where I teach JumpStart Your Coaching Practice — the academy’s first business-building elective for new coaches — and on the Board of Directors for the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). My mission is to help people think differently, act intentionally, and create meaningful change that lasts — in their work, their relationships, and their lives.
