At MindShift Coaching & Consulting, I bring together decades of leadership and strategy with advanced coach training to help people build sustainable success from the inside out. My approach is high-energy, practical, and deeply human — combining mindset work with real-world structure and tools that make growth stick. I also serve on the faculty at the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), where I teach JumpStart Your Coaching Practice — the academy’s first business-building elective for new coaches — and on the Board of Directors for the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC).
