Dr. Ashley Junghans-Rutelonis, PhD, LP is a clinical psychologist in private practice. She can meet with clients remotely in 42 states and in-person in Minnesota. Her work is informed by how neurodiversity can/does present in adult women. She often works with women who have high demand careers, feel like a diagnosis may have been missed earlier in life, and/or who are in periods of hormonal shifts. Her practice includes three areas of expertise: therapy, assessment, and coaching. *Therapy Services include Au/ADHD-related behavioral change, burn-out, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, perinatal health, peri/menopause, mindfulness, chronic pain, and sleep difficulties. *Assessment includes ADHD, Autism Spectrum, Career Strengths, Leadership Development, and clarifying mental health diagnoses. *Coaching includes ADHD coaching for young adults transitioning to college and graduate school, organizational/time management skills for adults, leadership skills, and goals+values allignment.
