Sarah is the Founder of The Redesign Coaching where she supports adults, children and their families. She is based in London and coaches both in person from her practice in North London and virtually supporting clients worldwide. She completed her initial training at The Coaching Academy, the UK's largest ICF accredited training school. There she completed a diploma in Personal Performance Coaching and also qualified as a certified NLP Practitioner. Following this she completed further coach training to specialise in supporting adults through career change and is a licensed Firework Career Coach. Sarah pivoted her coaching practice to support clients with ADHD, following personal experience in her own family. She completed her training with the ADD Coach Academy, the gold stamp in ADHD coach training. She is currently completing further study with ADDCA to work with children and families.
