Alicia is dedicated to providing mental health support through a neurodiversity-affirming & trauma-informed lens. Her practice is grounded in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for neurodivergent individuals, as well as those struggling with C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, & substance use. Alicia utilizes attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, & DBT to tailor her approach to the unique needs of each individual. Her commitment to client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care ensures that all individuals are supported in a manner that respects their experiences. With extensive experience managing dual diagnosis programs across residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, & outpatient settings. Alicia has developed comprehensive clinical curricula, provided clinical supervision & delivered training on ADHD, autism, strengths-based interventions, & neurodiversity-affirming care. She is passionate about advocating for inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
