Professional Directory
I specialize in sustainable productivity and well-being for adults and young adults with ADHD. My approach is compassionate, strengths-oriented, and evidence-based. Some of the issues I can help with include: executive functioning, burnout recovery, relationships, career, higher education, stress, parenting, and household tasks. I also have particular expertise in supporting ADHD college students, graduate students, academics, and educators. Prior to becoming an ADHD coach, I spent over a decade working in the field of education as a college professor, researcher, and K-12 teacher. I am a mom and stepmom, and my family lives in southern California with our two cats. When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy yoga, time in nature, genre fiction, role-playing games, and hanging out with my family.
