As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I can help you deal with difficult emotions, test your thoughts, evaluate your coping strategies, and become motivated to make a change. During our time together, I will learn about you and what you value most, and pay attention to all significant areas of your life – not just the symptoms.
