From a successful career in product management to becoming a certified Adult ADHD Coach, I've learned how to turn challenges into opportunities. With over 20 years in corporate roles, I mastered designing, building, and launching new products while juggling home and family life. But behind the scenes, I was navigating a different kind of challenge—one I now know was rooted in my ADHD. Diagnosed later in life and driven by a passion for understanding the ADHD brain, I left the corporate world to focus on coaching other adults with ADHD. My mission is to empower individuals with ADHD to thrive in their careers and personal lives by unlocking their true selves and real potential. I draw extensively on my corporate experience to provide actionable support for ADHDers in the workplace and on my personal experiences as a mother of a child with ADHD to find fulfillment at home.
