I remember doing that deep dive into the internet, scrolling through social media, desperately searching for someone or something that could resonate with my experience, that could help me make sense of my thoughts and feelings in a world that seemed to tell me I was wrong. But here’s the thing—I wasn’t wrong, and neither are you. I am neurodivergent, and I understand firsthand the challenges that come with that. Many of my clients are also neurodivergent, but you don’t need to be to benefit from the skills I offer. I have 12 years of experience in occupational therapy. As an Executive Function Coach, I can help you with time management, memory & focus, goal setting, transition to parenthood, coping with college, etc. I work with teens ages 15+ and adults.
