I am passionate about providing evidence-based treatment for ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs). My approach integrates expertise in ADHD with research-backed strategies to help individuals manage executive functioning challenges, such as emotional regulation and attention difficulties. As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I have specialized in treating ADHD, working with adolescents and adults. I help develop personalized strategies to improve focus, organization, task initiation, and time management. Many of my clients also experience co-occurring conditions such as OCD, Anxiety, or BFRBs, and I have specialized in treating these since 2013. My treatment approach is tailored to the unique ways these conditions interact. I have worked in various clinical settings, including: -Private practice specializing in ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, and BFRBs -Outpatient psychiatric clinic -Residential treatment programs for adolescents -Inpatient psychiatric hospital
