I help a variety of people in different stages of life such as college students, busy moms, overwhelmed professionals, neurodivergent adults, and more to navigate life’s challenges, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change. My approach is rooted in awareness and understanding, ensuring a safe and validating environment for growth and I integrate CBT, DBT, brief solution focus, and mindfulness to personalize the process for each client. As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider with extensive training, I integrate specialized knowledge into therapy to support my clients.
