I am a Social Work Resident at the Falls Church Wellness Center, where I am working under supervision to obtain clinical social work licensure and become a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). As a neurodiversity-affirming child and family therapist, I specialize in working with children aged 3 and above and with families. Being neurodivergent myself, with diagnoses of Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), I am particularly dedicated to supporting individuals of various ages and backgrounds who identify as neurodivergent. My primary therapeutic modalities include Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Motivational Interviewing. I offer sessions on both weekdays and weekends, providing options for virtual and in-person meetings to accommodate diverse preferences.
