I am a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) and ADHD-CCSP (ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider) in the state of Illinois. As a provider I utilize various evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), and Trauma-Informed Yoga. My therapeutic approach with clients diagnosed with ADHD focuses on increasing awareness and understanding of their symptoms while teaching effective tools for symptom management. I am committed to providing an affirming, culturally inclusive space where all individuals—especially those in the LGBTQ+ community—feel safe to be their authentic selves.
