I coach high achieving neurodivergent adults including students, professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives who are done contorting themselves to succeed. You are capable, insightful, and driven. You also might be exhausted, disconnected from your own needs, or quietly wondering why success keeps costing you so much. If you have learned how to perform competence while ignoring your limits, masking your differences, or living in a constant state of push, this work is for you. My coaching supports neurodivergent adults in defining success on their own terms. Together, we identify goals rooted in your core values, not inherited expectations. We untangle productivity from worth, challenge internalized ableism, and build ways of working and living that are sustainable for your actual brain. I do not believe you need to be fixed, optimized, or trained to tolerate systems that harm you. The struggle is not a personal failure. It is the result of environments designed around narrow definitions of normal, capable, and successful. My approach is collaborative, practical, and deeply affirming. We work with executive functioning, energy, identity, and self trust in real, grounded ways. The goal is not to do more. The goal is to live and work with clarity, integrity, and enough space to breathe. Neurodivergent people carry immense creativity, pattern recognition, insight, and leadership. With the right support, you do not have to burn yourself out to prove it.
