F10 Psychiatry provides telehealth psychiatric evaluation, careful medication management, and individual CBT when clinically appropriate for California patients ages 6–17 with ADHD, OCD, or anxiety. A parent or legal guardian starts the request. The young person participates directly. The 60-minute evaluation considers development, symptoms, school functioning, sleep, medical factors, and prior treatment. A careful evaluation comes before any medication decision. Diagnosis and medication are never guaranteed. James Darden is board-certified in psychiatric mental health and adult-gerontology acute care (PMHNP-BC, AG-ACNP-BC). Yale and Johns Hopkins trained. F10 is not an emergency service and does not provide family therapy, formal neuropsychological testing, or primary substance-use treatment. Patients must be in California during visits.
