I offer warm, practical, nonjudgmental coaching for neurodivergent adults and young adults, and for parents raising neurodivergent kids and teens. I’m a PCI Certified Parent Coach® with extensive training in Co-Active coaching. I also coach autistic and ADHD adults through AANE’s LifeMAP program, supporting executive functioning, employment, education, independent living, relationships, and life transitions. I know there’s rarely one “right” way to parent, organize your life, or get things done. I’m not here to judge, lecture, or hand you another system you’re supposed to follow perfectly. We’ll figure out what’s getting in the way, build on what’s already working, and experiment with realistic strategies that fit your brain, your values, and your actual life. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, LGBTQIA-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in research.
