Would you like to work with a coach who understands both the strengths and challenges of ADHD? After living with ADHD in my family and teaching for 35 years, I became certified as an ADHD/Life coach, trained by ADD Coach Academy and certified by ICF. I have a passion for helping people discover their strengths, overcome their obstacles and live their lives with joy. I enjoy working with Adults diagnosed later in life, teachers and professionals, college students, and parents of ADHD children by phone or zoom. I also work with children in person. Together we can work on overcoming the shame of ADHD, conquering overwhelm, being more in touch with time, decision making, getting started and completing task and anything else of your choice.
