Center for the Developing Mind is a multidisciplinery treatment facility of children, adolescents and their families impacted by developmental and/or regulatory disorders including ADHD, non-specified learning disabilities, autism, Asberger's Disorder and Pervasive Developmental Disorder not otherwise specified. Treatment services include mental health, occupational therapy, physical therapy, educational therapy, speech therapy, social skills, sibling group, parent education, and community outreach. All treatment methods are based on DIR/Floor Time a developmental and relational approach designed by Dr. Stanley Greespan. Dr. Esther Hess, executive director and CEO of the Center, is one of Dr. Greenspan's senior clinicians on the West Coast and certified in DIR/Floor Time.
