I have a private practice where I see adults with ADHD as well as other issues, such as anxiety or depression. I see individuals and couples, often when one partner has ADHD or another neurodivergent issue. We work to identify what the issues are and how to best address them. I am a believer in psychoeducation, trying different approaches until we find ones that work, and working as a team. Often people who have grown up with ADHD or are diagnosed later struggle with a negative self-image because they have been met with negative feedback from adults or peers and we address that as well together and work on self acceptance.
