I do ADHD evaluations for both adults and children. In addition, I work with parents of preschool and elementary school age children in order to help them create a family in which all can thrive. My work with adults centers around coaching to address ADHD behaviors that interfere with life, but also includes insight oriented psychotherapy to address dynamics that block using more adaptive behaviors.
